Charles Walters - CEO and Founder

Charles J Walters, CEO of Stone Mountain SDVOB LLC, is highly experienced in the marketing, construction, management, operations, contracting and financing of projects. He has over 40 years of direct construction and construction management experience in industrial, commercial, financial entities, educational institutions, medical offices, office buildings and infrastructure projects. He is a recognized leader in the construction and real estate industry who has received numerous prestigious awards for his accomplishments. During his tenure as the CEO of the Pureland Industrial Complex, he oversaw the growth of the complex from two buildings of 160,000 square feet with three tenants to over 133 buildings containing more than 20,000,000 square feet with 187 tenants. Prior to his Pureland experience, Mr. Walters was Director of Development at the Warner Company, responsible for the analysis of all corporate owned real estate, and had operational responsibility as well as performed feasibility studies for potential projects.
